Easy Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 ½ cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz. penne pasta
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese.
Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Add cooked chicken and pasta to skillet and toss to combine.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
